Atlanta, GA – On the afternoon of January 8, 70 protesters gathered at the ICE office in Atlanta to demand justice for Renee Nicole Good, who was killed by ICE goon Jonathan Ross in Minneapolis the day before.

Charleston, SC – Over 250 people gathered at Marion Square in Charleston, South Carolina, on January 8 for an emergency protest against the deadly shooting of Renee Good by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent Jonathan Ross in Minneapolis the day before.

Indianapolis, IN – Several hundred people gathered at Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis last night, January 8, to express their collective rage, grief and resilience over ICE’s murder of Renee Nicole Good.

New York, NY – On the evening of January 8, over 2000 people gathered in Foley Square, across the street from the ICE headquarters in New York City, to protest the murder of Renee Good at the hands of ICE agent Jonathan Ross.

The protest was called by the New York Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression (NYAARPR), who just launched the ICE Out! FEDS Out! Campaign. It was endorsed by NYC Ice Watch, Nodutdol for Korean Community Development, Brooklyn Against War, Freedom Road Socialist Organization, and NYU Students for a Democratic Society.

New Orleans, LA – On Thursday, January 7, a crowd of about 200 people gathered at Lafayette Square for an emergency protest against the ICE killing in Minneapolis of 37-year-old mother and poet Renee Nicole Good.

The action was called within hours of the shooting. Protesters carried signs demanding justice for Good, and slogans such as “Killer ICE off our streets.”

Dallas, TX – Over 1000 community members gathered Thursday evening, January 8 at Dallas City Hall to protest the murder of Renee Nicole Good by ICE in Minneapolis and to demand ICE out of Dallas.

Attendees marched around downtown Dallas calling for the Dallas Police Department to stop working with ICE. The protest was called by the National Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression-Dallas (NAARPR-Dallas).

Jacksonville, FL – 250 community members held a rapid response emergency action January 8 at the federal courthouse to demand justice for Renee Good, a woman who was murdered by ICE Agent Johnathan Ross.
