According to a Feb. 4 report from Iran’s authoritative FARS News Agency, a commander in the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, had harsh words for the Trump administration.

General Hajizadeh stated that U.S. threats are, “a pretext to show their animosity towards us; we are making round-the-clock efforts to defend our country's security and if the enemy dares to make any mistake our roaring missiles will land on them.”

In recent days, Trump and administration officials have made threats and imposed new sanctions on Iran.
