Odeh’s attorneys are set to challenge her unjust conviction on bogus immigration charges in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. !--more-- Hatem Abudayyeh of the U.S. Palestinian Communities Network (USPCN) states, “Rasmea is an icon in the Palestinian community. She has done nothing wrong, and she now facing jail and deportation. We need to stand with her in Cincinnati.” The USPCN is filling a bus with Palestinians, Arabs, Muslims and the family and friends of Odeh. The Chicago Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, together with the Anti-War Committee of Chicago, are filling a second bus to go to Cincinnati. Frank Chapman, field organizer for the Alliance said, "This is the most important political trial happening in the country."
